The Indoor School is where our group lessons are held as well as many of our home compeitions and clinics. You might also ride in the indoor school during the week for private lessons. This school has a roof and viewing gallery as well as lighting when riding after dark.
The Outdoor School is used for the majority of private lessons on weekends, as well as a warm-up arena for our in-house shows. It is slightly smaller than the indoor but is still great throughout the summer and during the day in the winter.
This little field is used for our more experienced riders to help practise their showjumping and cross country skills in a safe and controlled enviroment. We have a wide range or challenging obsticles to school over, making it a very valuble asset to our yard.
We are lucky here, at Bearwood to have hours of safe and beautiful hacking on our doorstep. Comprising of 4 main hack routes through the coombes, barkham and carters-hill for the established rider, involving little or no road work. Or safe led walks round parts of the Bearwood estate involving no roads. All our Hacks and Walk-outs are escorted by a capable and responsible member of staff.
